Clair obscur brought together eight contemporary Swedish glass artists whose work carried traces — of ornament, identity, textile, botany, history and the present. Across sculpture, installation and object, the material held memory: something soft made permanent, a forgotten technique revisited, a surface that only revealed itself in the right light. Together these works offered an artist-led perspective on what Swedish glass can be today.
